Russian economic ministry sees flat CPI or 1% deflation in Sept

MOSCOW, Sep 7 (PRIME) – Russia’s inflation will amount to a zero or there may be even a 0.1% deflation in September, according to a report of the Economic Development Ministry seen by PRIME late on September 4.

Annual inflation may amount to 3.6–3.7%.

A bumper crop on the one hand and the dynamics of domestic and foreign tourism on the other in the conditions of opening borders will affect inflation.
